Today’s Dilbert cartoon pretty much describes how my spam filters work (or don’t work, for that matter), because I am also still getting lots of these emails that the pointy haired boss is getting:

I don’t know about you, but I think that like airports, the Internet is becoming less and less of a fun place to be.

I’ve just submitted my last post to the BlitzMax forum, and I won’t go back.

Some of the latest ‘discussions’ there have deteriorated to a personal, sub-standard level and obnoxious trolling by certain forum members, and I am no longer willing to waste my time and nerves on something like that or let it stress me. I’m still recovering from my last job experience and don’t need additional stress factors in my life. It was fun there while it lasted, but that moment is gone and now it is time to move on.

So, farewell BlitzMax and Blitz community.
